My approach to trauma and PTSD counseling comes from evidence-based treatment models, primarily Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Mindfulness based therapies.
We’ll explore your symptoms and how they are impacting your life. Together we will develop goals for your sessions and I will then give you the tools you need to start feeling better.
